“A message from a customer, who had just visited CLC, was left on our answer machine. She described how she had been welcomed, listened to and counselled in her time of need. She left with two books on marriage relationships and had already read half way through one of them and could see it would make a difference in her situation. She ended by encouraging us to continue our good work, being convinced that there would be many others who have been greatly helped by CLC who may not have given any feedback.
