Christian books CHANGE lives, but making sure they are available and affordable is always a challenge!  ‘Print-on-Demand’ (POD) systems  are key to seeing areas challenged by shipping and publishing costs thrive in the future.  As the name suggests, this machine prints, collates, covers, and binds a single book in just a few minutes. (These systems generally cost upwards of £12,000.)

 

Praise Update 1: Thank God for the donation of a POD system to CLC Myanmar! Praise the Lord for this wonderful gift and pray for the ministry impact it will have across the nation. Printing on demand lowers both the reliance on imports (if you are a wholesaler) and the investment needed to produce and then store traditional print runs (if you are a publisher). 

 

Praise Update 2: Amazing news!  We've just heard that the team in Kenya now also have their POD system!  The team recently received training but it will take some time and funds before they are fully operational so please do keep praying for them.  This is incredible news for them as so many more books will now be affordable for their customers and for the mission groups around Kenya that need outreach materials.
